How You Can Help

Special Kids, Inc. (SKI) has a beautiful community of parents, families, legislators, legal advocates and other Houston-area and national supporters. We could do very little without such amazing support from such wonderful people.

There are a number of ways you could contribute to our cause and be apart of our SKI family. We host support groups for parents, training for parents with special needs children and advocacy training. You could volunteer for any of these programs or donate.

Volunteer

We always welcome anyone who would like to be involved with our programs, but we seeking for:

  • Volunteers to start and coordinate our SKI in Public Schools (SIPS) program. Please contact Diona Poledore, Volunteer Coordinator at 713-734-5355 if you are interested.
  • Assistant Editor for the SKI Report newsletter. Please contact Helen Davis, Co-Director at 713-734-5355 if you are interested.
